Cheesy's Workshop App Privacy Policy

Royal Pet Box LLC ("we," "us," or "our") created the mobile application Cheesy's Workshop (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. We built Cheesy's Workshop as a children's game and designed it to collect as little information as possible.

The short version: Cheesy's Workshop does not collect, store, or share any personal information. It works entirely on your device and does not require an account or an internet connection to play.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, request, or transmit any personal information. Specifically, the App does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, photos, contacts, location data, device identifiers for tracking, or any other information that could identify you or your child. The App does not ask your child to enter any information.

Information Stored On Your Device

The App saves your game progress and preferences directly on your device using your device's local storage. This includes items such as which levels have been completed, stars and coins earned in the game, and your settings (sound, music, hints, and game speed). This information never leaves your device, is never sent to us or to anyone else, and is not accessible to us. Deleting the App removes this information.

No Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, social networks, or software development kits (SDKs). The App does not display advertisements. The App does not contain any tracking technologies.

No Internet Connection Required

The App runs fully offline. It does not make network requests and does not communicate with any server operated by us or by third parties.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional content. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's handling of purchases is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. Purchases can be restricted using the parental controls (Screen Time) built into your Apple device.

Children's Privacy

Cheesy's Workshop is intended for children and general audiences. Because the App collects no personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Our practices are designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's requirements for children's apps. If you believe the App has somehow obtained information from a child, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new policy at the location where the App is distributed and on our website.
