My Pet Journal keeps the whole story of your pet in one trusted place — first vaccines, today's walk, the receipt for an insurance claim, the new trick they just learned. It's the digital evolution of our beloved hardcopy My Pet Journal, built for pet parents who care about the details.

Track vet visits, vaccinations and boosters, medications with dosing and refill alerts, weight, diet, grooming, activity, travel, and sitters — with photo receipts on everything. Smart reminders tell you what's coming due, so nothing slips. Build a lost pet poster in seconds if you ever need one.

Free to download, and genuinely generous: unlimited pets, unlimited records, photos, sitter briefs, and reminders. No trial clock.

Premium adds 20+ printable PDF reports (medical history, vaccination certificates, insurance reimbursement worksheets), a foldable Emergency Wallet Card, a print-ready Photo Book, a lifetime cost dashboard, iPhone pedometer support for more accurate walks and FitBark® smart collar syncing, full backups of every record and photo — plus an exclusive periodic discount codes for RoyalPetBox.com. Some restrictions apply.

Made for pets of all kinds — dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and everyone in between.

Features and benefits subject to change.

A note from one of our testers:

"Have you ever found something that fits your life so completely… you can't quite recall how you managed without it?
For me, that's the My Pet Journal app.
It changed the way I care for the little ones who depend on me so dearly —
every outing, every vet visit, every milestone… all in one place.
Because they give us everything.
The least we can do… is remember it all."— QW Carlisle
